Paper Assist respects your personal privacy. We protect any personal information you give to Paper Assist (address, name, email address, visa card details) etc. If it is necessary for us to request any personal information, the purpose for doing so is disclosed in this statement.

For orders placed on-line

Information collected is used to complete transactions that you request. If you purchase products from our website you must provide certain information which is added to our internal ordering system. All personal details stated below are encrypted within our on-line database

• Your billing and delivery address
• A phone number, fax number (if available) and email address
• For payment, your payment card information will also be required

Payment card details are destroyed once verified, they are processed by Realex and Paper Assist cannot access your card details. The information contained in the database can only be used for corporate purposes pertaining to Paper Assist Ltd.

For on-line account holders

If you deciede to open an on-line account with Paper Assist, we will request personal details to create your account. A live email account must be used to validate the account details. All the details supplied to Paper Assist can be used where indicated, to receive electronic promotional material or conventional promotional material. All personal details are encrypted in our on-line database. Paper Assist cannot access your password we can only re-set a password that has been created by a website account holder. Details collected include:

For free updates subscribers

If you decide to join our list of subscribers to receive free updates from our website, we will request personal details to create your account. All the details supplied to Paper Assist can be used where indicated to receive electronic promotional material or conventional promotional material. Your details can be used to open an on-line account to purchase products on the Paper Assist website. This can only be requested by the account holder and can be requested by contacting us.

General Privacy Guidelines

Your personal information is encrypted in our website database and only authorised website users can access your details through a password protected service. All services where your details are being requested by Paper Assist are processed through our secure server using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.

If you supply us with your address, we may use your address to send you promotions or offers pertaining to new product launches, catalogues or other promotional material

If you place an order online, we only request the information needed to complete the processing of your orders and billing. All mandatory fields must be completed.

It may be necessary to share the users personal information with outside shipping companies or other relevant companies that Paper Assist contracts to delivery your orders. Your information may be used to compile site traffic statistics but the information does not include any information that is personally identifiable.

Paper Assist Ltd. reserves the right to co-operate with local, national or international law enforcement authorities in the investigation of improper or unlawful activities. It is important to note that an e-mail is NOT a secure means to send personal information as it is not encrypted.
