Returns Policy
There is a twenty-eight day returns policy on un-used products providing the following is adhered to:
- The goods are received back in perfect re-sale condition at our premises
- Goods cannot be accepted where the product packaging itself has been opened
- The goods are a current product line and not a discontinued product line
- That any returns charges involved are paid by the user
- Only the full original quantity ordered of an individual product can be returned, partial quantities of the original product ordered cannot be returned
- Any returns accepted will be subject to a re-stocking charge of 15%
- Any applicable refunds will be paid back to the payment card used on the order
Returns - Exclusions
- Products of a 'bespoke' nature where they have been produced specifically to order, are not returnable
- Products that are non-stock items and which were brought in specifically to order are not returnable
